Brandon, a N.A.S.M certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, has 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. Jackie holds 3 Master’s degrees and has been a registered nurse for over 20 years.
At Body Tailors, we get to know you and create a comprehensive lifestyle plan based on your personal goals. We do in-depth physical evaluations, strength training, and nutrition coaching to produce dramatic results for each client.
