55+ Group Fitness

Dedicated to our 55+ clients, we have a program that is dedicated to you! We provide a safe, comortable, and focused training that suits your needs. Being a Certified Excerise Specialist with 27+ years of training experience, Brandon has created a progam that is modified and custom to the needs of the clients, all while getting a great workout! With many of our clients having had knee, back, shoulder, hip injuries or surgical proceedures, we understand the need to modify and provide a safe, attention focused workout for all. 



Group Fitness Sessions


Group Fitness is a great way for you to hang out with your friends and get a high energy, high intensity, full body circuit training workout. You’ll get upper body, lower body, core work… and a little cardio sprinkled in as a bonus!.

These are specially designed 30 minute workouts which involves a brief, yet powerful storm of exercises that cause a certain level of disturbance in both the muscles and the cardiovascular system. The results are both fat loss and muscle gain.
